There are many ways to worship and show God that we value and treasure Him above all things. Worship is our way of showing God how much we love him and need him.  Worship carries many forms. In the Catholic Church we can worship or Lord by going to Mass, prayer, devotion, sacrifice, sacraments, reading of the scriptures and by helping others.
